Chuck's Ult

I don't like this idea. His ult having a long cooldown isn't that bad since with a decent rarity hat it goes down by about half. Also right now chuck is very weak because of the nerf to his ult. I feel like doing this would be a huge nerf to him making him unplayable

How so? By the time his ten seconds of bonus stats is over, he ought to have been able to at least outrun his opponents and potentially get at least to jumps in within that time period. Unless he jumps directly into another group while in the five second weakness period of withdrawal, he should be fine.

Also, I main Chuck and I can consistently get second place and with a good teammate, I can get first place.
