remove d3d9.dll, gtaiv.eflc.fusionfix.asi and xlive.dll, then see if it still crashes

if it works, try putting back fusionfix

i just downgraded the game

Its best not to use a different downgrader compared to the 1 in tutorial

delete gta iv - reinstall it - follow the downgrade tuto in #tutorial - join back in gta iv and everything should be good

you dont need to follow the xbox live tuto or the other one
