GTA IV Exited unexpectedly

I crashed my GTA IV and reinstalled it twice but the error is still there when I Launch how do i fix it? i tried reinstalling with steam uninstall and removing files and doing verifying integrity

Are you using the GFWL and downgrader modification?

Or just the base vanilla game?
