well he told you to delete the files so your game could open, it was uncertain for him about what other problems that would cause

and your problem is fully fixed, game opens, that it crashes later that's something else and has to do merely with what your game files have/what you downloaded

reinstall your game, follow #tutorial, do not install any additional mods, see if it works
