I’ve installed fusionfix among others, ivlanes too and it keeps updating when i launch it. I tried the -scofflineonly parameter, but it does nothing. fyi it’s installed thru rockstar games launcher.

Move your modded copy elsewhere and don’t launch it with any launcher. Instead launch it with PlayGTAIV.exe to prevent any auto updates from RGL.

Even if you move your downgraded modded copy to a different path? Make sure it’s downgraded still

both fusionfix and consolevisuals work on older patches
unless "other mods" include happinessmp, you have no real reason to use complete edition

i remember installing it on patch 7 several months ago, it didnt work properly.

they themselves say it on the forums tho: Note about game versions: This mod is primarly designed the work with THE COMPLETE EDITION of the game, version 1.2.0.59 on Steam and Rockstar Games launcher. While it also works with patch 7 and 8, some features may be limited.
