I installed the downgrader and I noticed that the mod deleted all the progress + dlcs from my game
So I deleted the downgrader and then reinstalled GTA 4 and now the game isnt opening up. Can someone help me fix this issue

ok, delete those two dlls, get the alternative downgrader from #tutorial, then follow the instructions for it
