Reading The Nightingale and I recommend it. It’s a bit slow for the first three chapters, which are actually smaller than I expected, with the fourth chapter starting at page 20 roughly. Chapter four is where it begins to pick up properly with the invasion of France in WWII. I highly recommend it for historical fiction.

Anyone would want to talk about Sarah Kane? She wrote theater and is the pioneer for the genre called in yer face! which is a really like trash kind of litt. She especially doesn't hold back from whatever awful stuff happens in her stories and to her characters. Reading her is being emotionally punched well in the face but i enjoy her work lol
