Here is my experience regarding KYC.
I'm from one of the restricted countries mentioned in the announcement.

Here are the steps I did.
1). Verify my identity directly through the zkMe app and mint the SBT in the same wallet that has my CARV node or staked tokens.
2). Use the VPN to access the CARV website and hit the claim button.
3). Once the KYC pop-up appears, I turn off my VPN and complete the zkMe login process on the pop-up. Then click on the authorization button and it's done.

Why, when I placed a bet, there were no rules for completing KYC and my country was not on the exclusion list. Now, the rules have changed and I need to somehow go through KYC. If you change the rules and start blocking countries retroactively, give them the opportunity to withdraw funds from staking. Otherwise, this is an infringement on the project participants. I staked my funds according to different rules - and you change them unilaterally.
