It's not too hard to understand though. Let's say the game has for example 2 achievements (wearing a hat and killing a boss). If you get a hat and put it on you unlock the first achievement, then you go to the CARV Play page and search to do the GAT from your user profile. If on the other hand you get the hat, equip it and kill the boss, you will unlock two achievements in the game and when you go to your CARV Play profile to do the GAT, you will do a single GAT with two achievements, instead of two GATs.
