Delegating to others - you don't have to do anything but most people will have charge feel - like I have 1% commission

Danger of delegating (happened on testnet) people can change commission rate to 100%.
Rule of thumb - check in once every day or couple of das just to make sure they still charge the same.

But in that case the nodes that do not charge anything are likely to raise their commission percentage since they are actually paying for a (virtual) machine to run the application / it would reasonable to select a host that does actually charge a fee (since they are incurring costs)?
