Tell your team you are taking that fight u got a guy beneath you and a guy behind you, in 4v5 its fine to takes risks but this is just a crazy "solo" play.
Round 1
Holding knife while your sage is taking b main. playing with sage is fine, staying kitchen to play rotation, because you know the sage is gonna wall instant is fine, but just standing yellow is not fine.
Round 5 you end up just standing yellow again with knife.
Your utility usage, defender util is good, but on attack you are playing viper like a brimstone.
You have to use a good b wall EVERY round (the one you are using is bad). I'll give you some lineups.
Ideally you use the orb for mid and lurk sometimes, but i'll give you an orb for a aswell.

The gap in b main so you can walk to the box is nonnegotiable, there might be a small gap at the end of the wall.
Limit test the lurks you can do with the mid orb. You have to die a bit to get better ;)
The things you should focus on:
Give info on what you are doing.
Give info on what the opponents are doing.
Give info when your orb/wall are going down.
Being able to trade and being able to get traded. (you had some spacing problems)
Using viper as viper, not as any other smoker.
