idk why its in such horrible quality but its fine!!
LMAO
i peaked high plat like 2 years ago and now im super washed
idk why
i say worst deathmatch ever because im raw gunfight carried
oh also i forgot to say i have rsi so sometimes my deaths are just because my hand starts getting uncomfortable and i have to reset
barely ever affects my gameplay in comp though its just dms mostly because its full on all the time
There's a few things i notice...
- You peek using A and D but also use W with it....it makes you easier to hit.
- sometimes you peek too wide to an angle and u get hit from the angles which you shouldnt be exposing your body to
- and I think you need a bit of aim training to do faster readjustments because more often that not you tend to shoot even when they arent on crosshair
- and practice crosshair placement more because:
• your first shot usually lands on their chest/neck region instead of head level
• you peek angles when not pre aiming at them properly
yeah i noticed for some reason i just stopped aiming halfway through lmao
i got pretty annoyed at that point though tbf
No problem, and try not to tense your arm up a lot, tension management helps you aim better....look it up if you don't understand what I'm talking about
- crosshair placement is low in general, look at when you move around the map - it falls to the floor as you aim. some of this is mouse control (aim train if you arent already), but this should be something you are focusing on in, especially in dm. try playing a whole dm with your crosshair at head height for the most likely threat angle (eventually you should be doing this drill in ranked too at the cost of some RR but let's get that done in dm first)
- your movement is pretty weak in general, which is why you are getting insta killed so often. i see you slicing the pie which is good, but you sometimes do it in steps that are too small which is basically just causing you to peek slowly and so you get insta headshot. however, a bigger issue is your peeking with the W key which is also slowing your peeks and causing you to insta die. just focus on peeking with A and D for now. a popular dm drill is double binding your w key to your melee button. this means whenever you press w, you will pull out your knife, so the only way for you to take fights with your gun out is to peek with A and D. you'll have to run through corridors with w sometimes, and in those cases you will sprint through with your knife out, understanding that you are at risk of dying in these situations (you'll eventually learn that these areas where you are forced to hold W are areas you'll need to use utility to get through safely in comp)
doing these should help you get into a lot more fights where you don't get one tapped, we can address other gunfighting skills easier afterwards since you'll be in gunfights longer
TLDR: play dms focused on crosshair placement and peeking with A and D, double bind melee slot to your W key to help with this (woohoojin has talked about this drill b4 but i cant find the clip aaaa
check out 1hp on youtube they have guides for wrist strengthening that helps a lot for rsi
