ive also feel like i only play well one half sometimes. either t or ct and then slowly start playing worse. I also feel as if i dont have the "calm/patient" aim that you should have and my first bullet doesnt land on an enemys head. I also die too much and my kast is shit, idk how to die less while not being too pasive nor too agresive. A friend also told me that my pathing is shit and if anyone has anytips to improve that I will gladly listen.

You have 2 problems that I see:
-
Your entry pathing sucks, especially on B. Please watch one vod of TenZ or some other pro playing Jett on this map. I don’t even play Jett but I promise you TenZ is not throwing a smoke on the ground in B main and then dashing out of it into the open and hoping not to die. Watch where he smokes on B and where he dashes. Watch where he smokes on A and where he dashes. Copy it. Win. Easy.

You overpeek way too much. If valorant was about getting from your spawn as far into enemy territory as possible in the shortest amount of time you would be Radiant, but unfortunately it’s not. After you clear the site and plant your job is to STALL as long as possible so the enemies can’t DEFUSE. It’s not to take a fight as FAST as possible, which is what you’re essentially doing. When you peek out backsite or push yellow and die you’re giving your life away for no reason. Think about it from the enemies’ perspective. If YOU are retaking, the GOLDEN scenario is that the enemy Jett gets greedy and peeks in the open for no reason and dies, giving you a free kill on your retake and making it way easier to defuse. The WORST scenario is if everyone is hiding and then you get hit with a sova dart or flash or something or you start fighting someone and then all of a sudden the enemy team swings off each others’ contact. Now in post plant as the attacker, make YOURSELF the worst-case scenario for the enemy. Don’t give them easy kills, make it annoying. Hide. Jiggle peek. Swing off your teammate. Swing off of recon. Ask for a flash. Ask your teammate to smoke you and play close inside of it. Be the post-plant defender you would HATE to play against.
Hope this helps!
I have a small question, this isn't related to what you wrote, I tried to int less in a comp game and it worked pretty well, but I lost a lot of simple fights while trying to use my movement to help me aim. On the Voltaic discord server they said that I "not consciously trying to adjust on to the head, all of my clips are me shooting literal air, i am not even trying to move my mouse on to the head.". Do you have any tips about using my movement keys more effectively and actually trying to move my mouse on the head. Maybe a Woohoojin video where he talks about my problems or any tips in general because when I try to have the "patient/calm"' aim in a deathmatch, I also get onetapped or whiff, because I troll my tracking and I can never get my crosshair on the enemy.
