Timeouts now only get applied if the user isn't already timed out, so your timeout can't be reset (or set to something lower then what mods set)
Tracking which messages already received a TO is possible but not high on the prio list atm

Oh sweet, I heard it was fixed but the bot still sends the crowd mute message so I wasn't sure
