You shoot way too fast. take a second to make sure you are on the head.
The way you shoot rn is heavily reliant on flicks which might feel flashy but in the end its not reliable which is probably why you feel inconsistant.
Also treat DM like an actual game because you looked like you were playing to win the DM and not to focus on mechs. take some time to peek angles properly as if you are in an actual game.
