recommend posting a different vod, I can't really see much in this vod mistake wise.. since like it was a stomp and your team pretty much won the rounds. The most glaring issue I found was that you weren't utilizing your dashes correctly, whether prepping before fights or actually using it well. example, 22:01 you can prep your dash, take the fight and dash if you whiff or you could smoke dash to heaven window and fight 2v1 with your reyna. 23:29, exposed yourself to multiple angles to be shot at. Learning to swing off your team or telling your team you are first contact is very important. 28:15ish you had a good flank and habor ult makes them move around, either take advantage of that or don't push up at all. Also around 28:18 the fight with jett, your crosshair correction/placement is very lazy. Train it some more and make sure it's sharper, your flicks are good but after flicking it's very confusing where your crosshair ends up.

I think one thing I noticed was that you don't really buy op at all on defense, which I think most jett mains utilize to stomp the enemy teams a lot. I think maybe trying to op more and taking more aggressive fights on defense might be good.
