Your VOD is private but I will tell you why you are losing on Split attack. Most maps are slightly defender-sided since its the attackers who technically have to take the initiative, but Split is the most defender-sided map in the game. I would say getting only 3-4 rounds on attack is "normal" and even if you switch to defense 3-9 down you still have a good chance of winning the game (also meaning you have to play attack really well if you started defense and are only up 7-5 or 6-6) since the map favors the defenders so much. Split is also sort of like Fracture in that you WILL get punished by competent teams for not playing the map correctly. For Fracture, the answer is defense-sided aggression and for Split it is taking mid and baiting util on attack. If you rush 5 B main you will get Sage slowed and Raze grenaded which will allow time for the entire enemy team to rotate. If you rush 5 A main you will run into sentinel kill utility and a huge flash zone, and you will be pinched from A main, heaven, and screen in post-plant. Another big mistake is not baiting out utility. If you go too fast the enemy will save their utility to slow you or to retake with. It's almost always a good idea to pressure mid early or make a lot of noise in one of the mains while holding space elsewhere. This will make the enemy use their slows and smokes and damage util, which will make it easier for you to take the site after you regroup. Also remember to always plant the bomb in the open on B so you're not stuck backsite in the post-plant and always try to maintain/fight for heaven control on A so the enemy can't pinch you easily.
