Kinda struggled on defense here. Felt our site control was very very lacking. Not sure how to deal with teammates like the sova who were trolling. Not sure what Im doing wrong or right. Any advice is appreciated.

hey, i'm going to review the game for you, round by round
PREGAME
take a look at your team and the enemy teams comps, already you should be thinking that you shouldnt be playing on site and in off angles due to their insane quantity of flashes, and they have a weak flank watch, which can easily be taken advantage of.
Your team has no sentinel, be careful of lurks and rushes but your team has insane teamplay potential because of astra and kayo and sova
ROUND 1
Already a small mistake here, nobody peeks top mid in pistol round, long range fighting is bad gunfight hygeine and should be avoided in pistol rounds. Kayo scans 5 players - this means you immediately need to take space, you have 3 people rotating to A, maybr you should cut off the enemies rotations as B is now the weak site. 2:00 you're aiming too high, people are much likely swinging off the back wall than the front wall
After you shoot that gekko flash you should instantly take that 50/50 and push im before he uses any more utility to help him win that round
ROUND 2
i like how you're planning the round out but honestly this is such a bad plan, this long sightline from bottom mid to catwalk is extremely bad gunfight hygeine with a classic

4:54 you don't want to watch an area with multiple elevations, you should have just ran back to pizza or market imo

not much to say, just be aware of peekers advantage and try lower your crosshair placement a little bit

enemy gekko and skye have ults, you must tell your team to play offsite, you've also been doing the same thing for a while now, try not to let the enemy team adapt to your habits and be unpredictable. you died because you overheated, you have dash activated, just dash back to pizza and reset.

you should be asking for a kayo flash or a sova reveal to push up A main instead of dry pushing
also that game is a complete team diff lol

stop dry peeking!! don't be afraid to ask for a phoenix or kayo flash or even a dart

Hey @glossy stirrup thanks so much for the advice I do agree with most of what you said and will look to add it to my future games. If you have the time could you take a look at a few rounds from my attack half? I feel like I did much better than especially round 18 onwards

ROUND 11 cont.
as soon as that phoenix dies and you spot sage in garden, i would instantly dash in to switch and try to isolate this 1v1 with reyna and to surprise her, , who has just killed phoenix and in tree, holding for the phoenix refrag.
ROUND 12
maybe you should have coordinated with sova to arrow B lobby and try get a fast flank on that reyna and she won't know because the enemy team has no killjoy, ESPECIALLY after the round becomes a 4v5, you want to take a risk to get that equal numbers again, you should also be thinking about ults, if you see spike planted and enemy has brim ult, why would you clear under heaven while there is info one gen and take some precious seconds to clear that which could have been used for defusing?
ROUND 13
you MUST be asking for a kayo flash and a sova dart, do you have any idea how strong they are in executes? these things make or break a round im telling ya,
okay so you've been mollied and you start spamming a smoke and get shot back at, useless trade of bullets , did absolutely nothing, but the real problem is when you rotated, if you are fake rotating you need to make some presence B main, even if its a sova dart or a phoe flash, because a team of 5 isn't going to rotate off A site just off of a rotate in A main.
okay so now you've got spike down, you want to be playing crossfires and contact, you should ideally be waiting for this phoenix to comm "dropped" or if you hear gunfire to peek and get a low risk kill.
ROUND 14
just for the love of god don't ignore these 2 angles
you will be your own teams demise
ROUND 15
you shouldn't be going same place as phoe ult, if he goes switch you should dash to dice, also you don't need to immediately peek backsite, just wait until your team is ready to trade you out
ROUND 16
if youve planned out to go bottom mid you should have a smoke where that skye was, also get used to deadzoning
ROUND 17
while you're walking down cat you should be holding the smoke because sova is already holding mid cubby .
20:35 wtf?? please watch this video and incorporate it into your gameplay more, you didnt clear 5 angles there

you need to be dashing in a second after these smokes go up and after a flash pops, also you should be using knives the round after you get them, by the time you are on an eco you will have knives again
ROUND 19
You've already seen that your team needs to be told what to do from previous rounds, imstead of quietly saying "we are spending too much time here" just scream "ROTATE", thats what i do xd
you shouldnt be holding aggressive angles after plant, you have astra stars on bomb already. no need to take bad risks
ROUND 20

but after killing that reyna i would have just smoked the CT cross and joined the kayo on B site
ROUND 21

you're beginning to do the same thing multiple times, try to be unpredictable a lil more. your astra couldnt trade you unfortunately
ROUND 23
You shouldn't be going for 1v1s, if you kill 1 and get traded they will just revive, so no point going for these high risk low reward plays
CONCLUSION
your aim is pristine and doesnt need to be improved, but what needs to be improved is your teamplay, you need to be aware of what utility your team and your enemy has and how to maximize the chances of you winning a round.
MY ADVICE
Get yourself a duo/trio who play complimentary roles to your duelist!! trust me having a initiator duo help you entry is the a duelist mains dream
