After 2.5 months of on and off playing, me and @pine obsidian completed Moni NM on 0.12.8! Total playtime for myself is hard to say because I left the game on for long periods (~43 days uptime), but haidm's playtime was closer to reasonable (like 2 weeks?). I rarely build bases so this was the first time I pushed myself to make something nicer than a gray platform.
Overall, I enjoyed this pack a bit more than Nomi CEU after I beat it in 2023, mainly due to the lack of weird non-EU/FE based machines like XU/Draconic Evolution and better multiblock replacements for many things like Ender IO singleblocks, microverse projectors, and assembly lines. Early-midgame felt quite similar to Nomi, but late game is where things changed for the better, as there was a more thematically consistent material progression that didn't feel too difficult as you went along. Endgame was fine but still obviously wip at this point, and I didn't feel the need to scale production until getting to T11-12 where numbers got significantly larger. By that point, it was basically wait until source then overclock everything until chest.
@pine obsidian: "chemistry too easy"
As a sidenote, I did use Worldedit to copy-paste sections of the base but never used it for duping or other forms of cheating. The only other mod added was Simply Lights, which I never really used much. Shaders used are Complementary Reimagined r1.3.1.
