Its version 2.0.5, wich should be current, extra mod is distant horizons, Another one on the server has these recipes as well

recipes should be server sided so that might help narrow down the cause. does this incorrect recipe show up in singleplayer too?

also if you could, open the EMI config (button is in the bottom left corner of the inventory), scroll all the way down the list to where it says dev options, and enable "show recipe IDs"

i would try reinstalling the pack on the server

leave your world's save data and the server.properties file intact and replace everything else

might be able to get away with just deleting your kubejs folder and replacing it with the up to date one although im not sure where the flawed recipes are coming from so it could be anything

see if you can make slimeballs out of the dough tag or if it's only create dough exclusively
