(1) you use a LCR or other dedicated machine to do each step, sending the output back to AE2
(2) you need dedicated machines to dispose of some waste products or you will run out of valuable resources like copper and chlorine and fluorine
(3) you put a machine controller and have the machine stop sending output using AE2 level emitters once you have a certain amount, or AE2 will fill and all of your resources will be converted to that one chemical.
