Crash due to EnderIO filters

The appears to happen when setting fluids in fluid filters. It's fairly random as shown in video, but seems to always occur when trying to set a fluid in a filter when a fluid is already set in that slot. Also specifically newly placed ender fluid conduits do not seem to transport fluids. Any help would be appreciated

fluid conduits are very slow and just kinda suck

best filtering you'll get is filtering 1 fluid per color channel
