I just had two different issues with the randomizer. I play on switch console and use v3.0.1 with a frame delay of 0 and installed it by just dragging the E000 and F001 folder in the contents folder of atmosphere, but since the rest of the randomizer works perfectly fine I do not think that installation is wrong.

The first one was at the fountain of the great fairy in the dessert. I wanted to pay the 100 rupies but at some point in the dialog the text of the fairy was not loaded and I also could not do anything else than restart the game.

The second one was in Zoras Domain. I got randomly teleported in the divine beast and completed it. However, after Sidon walks away during the conversation with King Dorephan the screen turns black and I also had to restart the game. Therefore I can not complete the divine beast.
Earlier in my game I also got randomly teleported in vah medoh and then I could complete the quest without any issue without starting it.

I do not think so, but I can try removing everything and pasting the files again in the folders.

Just removed both folders to ensure I do not overwrite anything and reinstalled the mod, but the problem ist still there. (I only checked the vah ruta one since I can not teleport to the great fairy right now, but I will check this as well asap.)

You still have not found a fix for the great fairies, have you? I do not want to stress you, but one of my randomizer goals is to upgrade 4x armor pieces and if no fix is near I might just restart the game to obtain new goals.
Also, if there is a way I can help you please let me know. I am happy to help, as long it is in the range of my possibilities.

I tried this one earlier today and it stopped working in the same part of the dialog as the one in the dessert. I can try to check the remaining two as well, but personally I do not think they will work.
However, this issue was only mentioned from one other person an he was also on switch. So, on cemu you probably do not get this problem I guess.

You can use a save editor like Marc Robledo's one and manually tick the tag corresponding to the Great Fairy unlocked

Thank you. Just tried it and it kind of worked, but I think I did not check all necessary flags or the wrong combination of it.
For ever fairy I have the options "AllRevival", "ChoiceExclude1", "ChoiceExclude2" and "Talk". More Flags are "IsOtherFairyRevivalForGreatFairy1", "IsTalkAboutRupeeWithGreatFairy1" and "RevivalGreatFairy1".

Do you know whick flags I have to ckeck? I tried checking everything and since this did not lead to crash I only checked "GreatFairy1_AllRevival" and "RevivalGreatFairy1" for Fairy 1 to 4. During the second try the screen turned black during the dialog.

Do you know by any chance which options I have to check to get it working? If you do not know it, I will figure it out myself, but it might be faster if you know it.

Thank you, I have not thought I could do it that way. If you have not done it already you do not have to, since I have a 100% save as well and could check it too.

I compared the rando save with the 100% save and checked all falgs that are also checked in the 100%. And the fairy is active, but it happens again. As soon as it loads something it is kind of in an infinite loading screen. Since the fairies are now enabled it just happens later in the dialog when I select the armor I want to update. I also tried it with the other armor you see in the attached video and it is the same result in both cases.
Or are there any fairy related stuff in the save that does not have "fairy" in the name? Because I filtered the settings for this word to find the correct ones faster.

So last time i played the game on an emulator i encountered a game breaking bug where the loading screen would get stuck halfway through, i tried every single guide i could find online and nothing helped, the game doesn’t even freeze it just stops loading
