@quartz lion do you know if your GPU or CPU is overclocked by any means?

The CPU is not. Unbenknownst to me when I first got it, the gpu has a manual switch on the side for "OC" and then "silent" mode. Even after putting it in silent mode and with it running at 1800 Mhz, it's still crashing

Okay 👌, check the guide above, just to rule some common things out..

It sounds to me like we probably need to check your windows power plan & your GPUs heating & clock speed.

This could potentially be unrelated, but there has been reports of 3XXX series cards having voltage problems resulting in crashes playing games. The fix for this is quite easy(if it is the cause) by simply undervolting your GPU.

It doesn't reduce performance(unless you do a heavy undervolt). Undervolting should reduce spikes, as well as reducing temps. 3XXX series cards are overvolted by default, and could see TDP peak when under stress, especially if pushing a 2k+ clock.

Yeah, I was meaning to reach out to you guys today because I didn't want you going on a witch hunt here. I had an IT tech do some testing and it was hardware related, as it was doing it to multiple other games. I sent it back to Newegg for a refund

anyone know why i keep crashing it is very random, at the end of the map or if i go in admin cam and start moving 20m I crashed. Sometimes it would just be so random such as if I am in a tank and my commander spams the designated target I crash as well. Here's my crash log.
