Track logis are an overall downgrade and not only do they hold 1000 less then wheeled logis, but they also are slower and easier to disable. I think have just one more would be a fair balance.

Tracked logistics should only be used as a way to torture people for picking armoured.

100%. Sometimes on playing slower factions you need at least a squad to play for map control and if you don't, good luck have fun.

It doesn't matter if you have armour if the enemy has already set up good positions with AT and can rock your shit.

Combined Arms:

Light Infantry:
2x logi truck
2x small logi

Mechanized:
1x logi truck
2x tracked logi
1x logi heli

Motorized:
3x logi truck
1x logi heli

Support:
4x logi truck
1x logi heli

Amphibious Assault:
1x logi truck
2x tracked logi (amphibious)
1x logi heli

I brought the numbers down. But every group has at least 1 truck logi.

For me, logistics is a big part of the game so if you're bottlenecking it you are making a big impact for a unit.

What I would do I think... is minimum 1 wheeled logi for each unit no matter what.

Then decide on how many to distribute between wheeled and tracked logis, to a maximum of 3 with exception of Support unit.

For example, for Armored I would do 2 tracked logis and 1 wheeled logi. For Mechanized, 2 wheeled logis and 1 tracked logi. etc etc

And of course imo the Support unit gets 4 wheeled logis, since these units are not particularly strong at anything but logistics.

I think that approach is good and doesn't harm logistics too much, while differentiating between units on that front
