Anyone know a fix to stop the menu from crashing or freezing cant seem to find a solution it just freezes and cant do anything when i press servers

ive never had these issues i dont think its to do with my specs coz i once deleted something in files to do with it and it seemed to fix but reset every setting so i got it back but the problem came back

have u verified integrity of files on steam
