#strategic Reinforcement & Intelligence Mechanism for AAS/RAAS Mode

I have a gameplay improvement concept for AAS/RAAS that aims to make midpoint captures more meaningful and engaging. The idea is to transform the central objective into a strategic hub that triggers reinforcement events and battlefield consequences instead of being just another cap. By adding limited rewards for the winning team (such as supply drops, temporary construction boosts, or AI airborne support) and countermeasures for the losing side (QRF FOB unlocks, special unit access, or defensive reinforcements), matches would gain tension, narrative immersion, and tactical depth. For RAAS, an intelligence system could also be introduced, where teams gather intel before the midpoint is revealed. This design encourages coordination, raises the stakes of mid battles, and keeps gameplay intense and purposeful without sacrificing the game’s hardcore identity. Lets discuss the possibilities guys!

Interested as this would also be a disincentive teams from deciding, "I hate fighting on that point, lets just let the enemy have it and super fob on the previous cap."

I think this is an interesting idea as long as it is realistic like capturing a strategic ammo point gives 600-800 resupply as long the cap is at 100% or capturing a point allows team to spawn for double the rally time on large maps.
As long as we don’t go crazy with it.

As it’s own gamemode? Maybe there’s something to get out of this idea.

But not as a replacement for R/AAS.

I would suggest you divorce this idea from AAS entirely, because frankly it has no place in the mode. Try embracing the things you like about the concept and build a gamemode around it rather than shoehorning it into an unrelated gamemode
