This was broken since ue5 release atleast on some tanks, trucks and aavps, other vehicles i cant speak for.

Usually get killed trying to place it but it is so good when you get one placed.

It never worked for me since UE5. Sometimes it seems to work just before I find out that the C4 does not stick to the vehicle but just fell to the ground. And the enemy vehicle got away. I could never score a C4 Hit with an engineer to a moving vehicle after UE5.
