#Binocular sensitivity setting

To which I'd add
On all optics and binoculars there are the following issues:
- Sensitivity for binoculars is should be separate and not tied to a specific magnification
- for both Binoculars and magnification higher than 6X, when marking things the sign is never in the centre of the crosshairs. This makes it unreliable and hard to point exactly where the marking is falling.
- ranging above a certain range, when using observe mark, I think 300 is not anymore precise. It does not give you accurate distance like 632 meters or 487 meters, but it is either 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 650 and so on.
- the above ties up to the next problem on Sniper and marksman rifles - when ranging above, I think, 300-400 meters, the shots fall a bit short. In Jensen's Range it seems to be working but on servers the shots always fall too short when you range above said distance .

This is just due to the fact that half of the ingame scopes reticles and some of the binocs are not centered properly. It can clearly be seen if some 3rd party OSD crosshair is used. Why so - not a single clue. But in any case the marker is always tied to the screen center, usually I just enable OSD crosshair playing as AT, when I need quick, reliable and precise FTL marks for the ranging. What personally pisses me off is not-working mildot system - mils can be of a completely different size on two similar style scopes. Mils are extremely useful when you need to measure distance more accurately without having to ask SLs to drop everything they're doing and put a move marker on FTL's marker. OWI, it's not a rocket science to make reticles of a proper scale and properly align them.

Honestly they should just give a real rangefinder to SLs, marksmans and FTLs. Also it would be just amazing if you could use binocs/rangefinders with one hand instead of playing an hour long animation of switching to it and back to HAT launcher each time, at this point it's just stupid that you have to do it that way.

I've checked every scope in the game, noting where shot lands on each distance and zeroing setting. It's just ridiculous, how inconsistent it is. Zeroing setting is not centered properly for half of the weapons in the game. Rifles using the same ammo and with basically same barrel lengths have drastically different ballistics (like literally, wtf) - USMC's M39 is basically the worst DMR in the game due to huge bullet drop, it feels like you're shooting .300 BLK or 9x39. HK417's ACOG (and the British/Aussie's one) is also misaligned and/or improperly scaled - bullet always hits higher than the the ballistic marks it's suppose to hit. Etc., etc.
