The bugs are funny until it starts happening to you.
*All footage was recorded in v9.0 - v9.0.3 of Squad by Offworld Industries. Quite a few of these bugs pre-date 9.0 and still exist in the game as of the publishing date.

- Heavy Grenadier still counts as a Fire Support role, specifically as the second Grenadier Kit. If two Grenadiers are present in the Squad, even if there are no Specialists Heavy Grenadier becomes unavailable. However, you can technically have 3 Specialists in one squad if only two Fire Support roles are in your squad
- Raider Kit still counts as an Infantry Role and does not count as a Fire Support role. However, this can override other Fire Support roles and kick them off their kits
- Specialists roles are particularly buggy, becoming available even when there are no available Kits. If someone takes a Specialist role past the maximum amount of Specialists per team, it will randomly boot another player off their Specialist role.
- Vaulting off certain areas rubberbands you back to your previous position
- Heavy Grenadier's resupply for SIX shots only counts as 10 ammo, whereas normal Grenadiers require 7-10 ammo per shot
- VDV's scoped Grenadier displays the wrong weapon optic on the selection menu
- Holding down the vehicle interact, radial menu, or emote wheel will close and re-open the menu. This happens once every 2-3 minutes
- Putting away binoculars zooms in and out despite not holding down the zoom key
- Emoting after being downed and/or giving up will completely break your camera angle
- Being given Squad Leader by your former SL will make you unable to pass the Squad Leader role through the selection menu. The only way to fix this is by clicking and dragging someone manually over to the desired role
- Selecting any Kit will preview the Recruit Kit rather than the chosen Kit
- The USMC Amphibious Assault Ship's helicopter pads are awkwardly clipped off
- ADSing with a C79 optic will make the top left back-up sight disappear
- Any fortifications that utilize camo nets (such as Bunkers, Observation Towers, Sandbag Murder Holes, etc) will be rendered useless indoors due to extreme lighting. This doesn't apply to IMF Sniper Camo Nets + Fortification Camo Nets
- Certain buildings are incredibly dark, to the point of being unable to see
- Harju's Lighthouse stairs has improper clipping, making the player forced to vault
- Being indoors in certain areas will make your scope have improper lighting (ADD HARJU'S LIGHTHOUSE TO THIS)
- Driver Viewport + Passenger Viewports have a small rectangular area where visual effects can be seen. Outside of this box, certain visual effects cannot be seen
- Players are improperly displayed as Downed/Dead despite being alive
- Hopping into a Passenger seat has a random chance of improperly displaying the character as outside. Your camera angle will be locked to this area unless you change seats or dismount
- Prop Hasco Bunkers are missing its exterior textures
- Throwing grenades will sometimes break your player model's arms
- Equipping a secondary will sometimes break your player model's arms
- Grenades can be blocked by an unreasonable amount if thrown at a player's body
- Scoped ASVAL + VSS are zeroed incorrectly
- Being prone makes you immune to being run over
- Murder Hole Sandbags are improperly clipped
- T62 reloads all its rounds at once rather than round by round
- Goose Bay Military Housing's buildings have improperly clipped doors
- USA's MK19 M113A3 will not be loaded despite finishing the reload animation
- USA's MK19 M113A3 can be reloaded despite being in another seat (only works at if reloading a non-empty magazine)
- IMF Armoured Battalion has an instant tank on Defence spawn
- Starting an engine in a newly spawned vehicle will restart the starting engine animation
- Running into certain objects will fling your vehicle
- Players dismounting from a boat will cause it to fling
- Resetting vehicles at an awkward angle will cause them to fling
- Vehicle carcasses can move even after being destroyed
- Entering vehicles will cause your camera to break
- Entering an emplacement will cause your camera to break
- Players bodies can awkwardly clip into the ground/fall through the map
- Any amphibious vehicle that is about to enter a water body but collides with a player and/or vehicle will become non-amphibious
- Reloads don't actually reload despite the animation finishing
- Infantry + Armour Optics do not scale with FOV
- BAF Combined Arms FV4034 spawns 15 min on Offense, but 10 min on Defense (Invasion)
- Support Factions still get their tank (USA, USMC, VDV, TLF, MEI, IMF)
- IMF Field Guns no longer have zoom
- Goggles on player models have improper lighting indoors
- No teammate nearby despite there being teammates within 99m of me
- Ghost player shadows
- Selection Menu displays the opposite team's character models for all Kits
- Even when 3 Fire Support Roles are in your squad, Automatic Rifleman is still shown as available (if someone then picks AR, it'll lock out another Fire Support Role from spawning)
- GFI HAT RPG29 loading audio is delayed
- AT Grenades do no damage to tracks
- Loading Screen for Yehorivka Invasion is missing
- C4 cannot be placed on vehicles despite being in line of sight
- USMC Squad Leader Kit /w GL puts away the GL only to pull it back up
- Scout's Drone Controller Screen is still visible even after being put away
- CPV Transport Seats phase through the vehicle at times
- Armored SPG Driver Seat still has fog enabled (but zoom isn't affected?)
- Harju Invasion v3 Defense Boat Spawn only spawns one boat
- Flag is not actively displaying an objective being captured/re-captured
- Frames drop when powering down near Main OR making wide turns in any Helicopter
- Character models begin floating upwards when seated
- Player models are stuck in certain animations (sitting, proning, crawling, emoting, etc)
- Mutaha Bridge has a floating layer of dirt
- ATGM's + AT weapons deal no damage during vehicle gear changes
- Technical Weapons are invincible to damage

Well, it's not my thread, but there are some screens attached in my messages there. Plus, I have a video of character getting stuck mid-air using a handheld drone. There is a screenshoot of that too.
What I keep wondering is this: is the community manager actually aware of all this and passing the community’s feedback to the devs — in other words, actually doing his job as a community manager — or are they just like the rest of the team, staying silent while not even claiming they’re “working on it”?! It’s shocking how massive the silence is, considering the sheer amount of bugs — I don’t think any other game has ever had this many on a new patch. Literally a pages-long list of known bugs (not even counting the ones we don’t know about).
The community manager is definitely lurking around here and just hasn't said anything yet, also no need for the community manager to relay the bugs to the devs because they're already in the discord and look through the bug reports.
They most likely are busy working on patches and just haven't given an update yet. I'd rather they take their time patching things correctly than release patches for the current bugs that create more bugs. I don't know if you've coded before but usually one bug fix leads to two or three more bugs.
It would be great if they addressed what they where doing at least. It's been 1 month and they have released 1 hotfix which they essentially had to rollback because it introduced more bugs then it fixed, then they never spoke a word again.

Whining about UE5:
The lighting inside buildings and enclosed equipment is terrible; there's either a huge amount of smoke or complete darkness, like at night.
The hubs inside other buildings look like a location from a horror movie, someone with a knife is always waiting for you at the exit. The game's visuals aren't all that bad, but they're full of artifacts and bugs (pixels, particles, and other junk that shouldn't obstruct your view 5 meters away). Overall, the graphics on the previous engine were nicer (and more players could play without lags).
Transport Physics
Multi-ton trucks and MRAs can accidentally turn 180 degrees as if on ice when changing to a different type of surface or when driving over a small bump.Controlling a wheeled vehicle at speeds over 50 km/h is very difficult, as if the steering wheel is not connected to the wheels (surprisingly, ifv like the LAV do not have this problem). Tracked vehicles still move better than before, BUT small trenches are still insurmountable obstacles for any vehicle.The suspension of wheeled vehicles always overreacts to the slightest obstacles. For example, I was driving onto the northern bridge in Narva in a LAV 6 at a speed of about 90 km/h. As a result, I did a fucking somersault and flew about 20 meters. It feels like the brakes on half the vehicles start working after a few seconds.Some sounds is broken,earlyer you can espy all enemy transport accurate by few meters if it not city,but now all sound looks like something near u 50m but this more far than 200m bruh.
Shooting soungs too,enemy fire in 5 meters you hear like in 30 minimum, footsteps is 50/50 chance sound BE EXIST not even heard.

- Powering down near Main
- Making wide turns
Again this is in ANY heli for some reason and it’s annoying as hell
If you have played with any AT weapon and feel like your shot phased through the vehicle or didn’t do damage, that’s probably because it’s exactly what happened! This is in the video but I’ll show the clip itself:
Still figuring this out but it seems that vehicles become immune temporarily during gear changes
Penetration sparks + the ATGM is hitting the front-side of a LAV25
Also there’s a good chance these AT weapons can phase THROUGH vehicles, passing by them and hitting whatever’s behind them
I need to get clips of those so if you have some, please send (I know it’s real because it happened to me while I wasn’t recording)

- Intel XeSS upscaling missing even for people with intel GPU.
- Intel XeSS frame generation option present, but doesn't do anything even for people with intel GPU.
- Some maps have had horrible performance issues / frame drops for years with FPS dropping from 60 to sub 10s with some GPUs depending on the direction one is looking at. (eg. goose bay, sanxian) (this is probably a clipping/geometry issue.

And before you say min-arm, min-arm for BMP1's HEAT was lowered to 5m

RUF light infantry only has 2 HAT kits. It should have 4. (full 50 men team)
I suspect that they never updated the code after changing Russian HAT kit loadouts
They are not alone here, IMF light infantry deck has the same problem.

Not sure if it's mentioned here but from play in the last version the leopard seemed to have reduced hull damage, taking six shots to the hull with sabot to destroy. Not at home to test this with the new hotfix but the second I do I'll look

At first I wasn't 100% sure if it was a bug, because of the timing of the explosion sound, but the super long spawn time, made me even more sure and the logs later also confirmed that it was suicide.
Both of the deaths happen roughly 10sec after being revived, which could just be a coincidence, but I suspect it might be a super rare bug imported from UE4.

Here's a new one: Can't use the chat on the deploy / squad overview screen, because the game is still receiving the keys as normal input sometimes! Eg. typing something that has a 'K' in it, will switch your channel to TEAM, or 'J' will switch to ALL, your prone button will go prone, and space up..... the whole shebang! (this is the third or fourth time I'm encountering this since the update and once its broken, it wont magically fix itself for at least the remainder of the match)
(same thing if you try to type into the console btw)

Fun fact, considering most servers use the chat and something like an !admin command for reporting players, this actually makes reporting players impossible in some instances, because pressing M closes the chat to open the map...........

Description:
When using a weapon with a magnified scope, the Squad Leader icon (number above SL) and other player role icons disappear and do not return after aiming down sights (ADS).
At the start of the match, the icon displays correctly. After some time, once the player ADS with a magnified optic, the Squad Lead icon disappears and stays hidden. The only way to make it visible again is to ADS directly at the Squad Leader, which temporarily refreshes the icon — but it vanishes again once looking elsewhere or ADSing again.
This issue does not occur when using non-magnified sights (e.g., holo sights, irons).

Problem with displaying the flight of an enemy ATGM.
For example: if you're sitting in the Abrams gunner's seat and ZBL fires an ATGM at you, it seems to fly to the right towards another target.
Yea its annoying, gives you the false hope of survival even though you probably know its already over anyways lol.

For MGS return the tank ammunition (which doesn't explode for 1 armor-piercing shell) and the turret that doesn't take damage vehicles. Please return the best vehicles to their original state.
why did you make it so that the Striker with the M2 travels 70, but with the tank cannon it travels 100
There is a loadout/map screen on this picture. I'm getting this bug every once in a few games.
Also, BMD-4M has camera jiggling even when it's engine is turned off.

- aavp gun elevation bug
- skorpo trench bug on N-10
MTLB with PKT has an gun elevation bug as well. I suppose it's because they've coded MTLB with single PKT to rotate the same restricted degree as if it has an ZU-23 on its back.

Current major bugs squad had right now is ( my own experience)
- vehicle engines not working
- command assets still bugged
- Heli momentum bug
- people sitting under armored vehicles (get sniped out from inside the tank or vehicle)
- Commendation bug( not urgent like the others)
- exploids to crawl under emplacements (won't say how but major issue because defenders on invasion can shoot out but not be damaged like sand dunes)
- some maps are FPS killers like Goosbay never use to be a issue
There are a lot more urgent bugs but I can't remember them on the top of my head
