People can fly drones into rallies to burn them, that's right with 0 risk for the player they can burn rallies. I already made posts here saying that vehicles driving around burning rallies is very broken at the moment and now with the drone it's even more so the case.
Solution: Make rallies like HABs in that they can be proxied and where you burn them via interaction.

Unless there was some hidden guy around me, I did see the drone fly point blank into the rally. I.e. I spawned and saw my rally burn right after spawning with the drone flying away upwards from it.
