It allowed me to boot up a server and play for like 30 minutes before crashing, and every time i joined after that it let me play for longer

For the exe file, but about the crashing; download the extreme tuning utility (its an official app) and turn your peformance core ratio 1-2 cores down
Mine was 53x, i turned it down to 51x and it helped me play
