remove NATO Joint Military Symbology on the faction vote screen and return the old icons (or add an option in the settings to choose the one you like more). I am as far from knowing NATO's military designations as most people who speak my language, which makes it difficult to negotiate with my team about choosing a faction.

I'm against reverting this. People are picking divisions other than armor now. Before, they would just see thee tank icon and click without knowing what they get. Every single match: US armor vs Russian armor. Every. Single. Time.
Now, the factions have been freed from the tyrannical grasp of armor mains (somewhat).
