Try clearing your cache and restart your pc

Managed to fix it.

Tried the cache and multiple restarts to no success. Had to uninstall and reinstall all audio devices and apps, and after that Squad finally connected them.

No idea why it worked since squad had all the same devices listed, but at least its fixed now.
