MEA is an placeholder for any redfor nation in the middle east (syria, iraq, iran), I would suggest. Yes they do speak arab instead of persian, hoewer many indicators like g3 and mg3 sugget, it could also be iran. But I do think ballistic missles are to much of an waste for an battle field. Drones okay, maybe but not neccessary needed. Maybe FPV drones, or toxic poision artillery strikes like syria did once.

ballistic missiles are strategic weapons, not really within the scope of Squads combat. Smaller drones like Shaheed are, but would essentially be a airstrike with a smaller ROE, so they would be a downgrade as a 1:1 replacement of the airstrike.

I dunno you could have things like the Shahab-1, basically a scud strike. I know its still a huge ranged weapons for squads scope of combat (350km) but then again so is a F16

Its not about range, its about use case. Ballistic missiles are usually not used for frontline troop support, they are used at a strategic scale to destroy bases, airfields, HVTs, etc.

No they are not, they are based on Iran, a nation that is certaintly not Arab.
Their equipment etc is all Iran based, However the MEA (which is based off the MEC from BF2/PR) I an alliance of all nations in that region
