Its incredibly mobile IRL since its lighter than NATO tanks while having a 1500hp engine. NATO hump, is a hump on engine deck that exists on NATO tanks to accomodate the a) big 1500hp engine and b) most importantly, a large transmission that can house more gears(reverse gears). The ZTZ has "NATO hump", but reverses horribly. It sways side to side when driving, and the driving controls dont respond as well compared to the abrams. Nerf the LFP to accomodate this, and enable it to be ammo racked by moving the ammo rack to the bottom as previously suggested. the trope of "western tank fast" and "eastern tank slow" is boring.
#make the ZTZ somewhat enjoyable to drive

but NATO because NATO and NATO i swear NATO dont forget about NATO anyway NATO and of course NATO (NATO)
sorry, i use that term alot mainly because they design their tanks around similar philosophies
however, the characterization isnt wrong. in general nato tanks are more mobile while being larger
nato hump is just a gamer term
what is "nato hump" even supposed to mean then? cause i have never heard of anything like that
He means the elevated engine deck of many NATO tanks to fit bigger engines.
