If I had to guess it's because the arty strikes spawn the projectiles in the air and maybe the mortar barrage has either low enough spawn height or the epicenter where the strike was placed was low enough to spawn the mortars in the tunnel itself idk

Bro thats crazy, why tf do I need an extra role just to bug-report proberly, like why does the "bug-reports" role not automatically allow you to post links in the bug-reports channel?
I've already gone out of my way to help improve the game.
If I didn't know any better I'd assume they were trying to discourage people from reporting bugs.
