This sounds like Militia with a better MBT, better command assets but without the special features for asymetrical factions. This does not offer enough new features to be worth the effort imo.

I agree, I just think it would be interesting because it would kinda border conventional and unconventional because of their arsenal

Maybe its because there one of the very few militaries that doesn't use UAV's and instead drones like militia, insurgents, and pmcs
