Military vehicles can regulate tire pressure controlled within the cabin to prevent running flat or to run flat when they cant get enough traction. So the only way you deflate them is with a bunch of big ass holes and even then they have run-flat capable wheels. If a M-ATV or Stryker could be stopped by spike strips dont you think insurgent in Afghanistan and Iraq would have done it?
