Focus zoom not working when mapped to the same key as command like "PLACE OBSERVE ORDER"

When a command like described above is bound to same key like "FOCUS" the Focus action is not longer triggered.

game automatically will prioritize certain actions if they are both mapped to the same Key, I would suggest changing your keybinds so they dont overlap with others
