Yehorivka's building are almost identical to most of the buildings from Black Coast, Harju, Belaya, Gorodok and Manicouagan, yet they cannot be penned by 7.62 caliber on Yehorivka.

All of the private houses and sheds (except the blue wooden houses with wooden planks seen from the inside)
I was doing small arms bullet penetration testing and it seems like the penetration is disabled on this map

Really it all depends on what building and where you hit it. Some materials a building uses are pennable and sometimes some aren't. Plus you gotta factor in trace distance which is when it ceases to matter even if you penned the building since the penetration test ends. So for bugs we kinda gotta get specific on which things aren't the same as the others since it could be just one building that isn't working.
Like for example the classic dull wooden house with the shed out back, made of wood can be penned. But the house with the green walls and tin roof. Made of brick mat so can't be penned.
House with the blue trim? Same deal has brick mat. But shoot through the window frames? Made of wood can be penned etc... etc...
