The timer on rallies is 60 seconds. Even if you give up instantly at the perfect time to miss the next spawn wave the max delay is 100 seconds.

I have no issues spawning at main and walking 15 minutes to get somewhere. We are not the same.

I really really rarely Tk someone but when I’m dead and a rally is placed and I wanna spawn it takes 60 seconds than it says confirming spawn and I cannot click it, then I try and spawn on a hab for example and when I click on the rally again I have to wait again

The devs screwed up the timers so they're sometimes offset by up to ten seconds. If you're confirmed to spawn on a rally and it didn't spawn you when the timer reached zero, don't click a different spawn point. It will eventually work 5-10 seconds later.
