Red dots on rifles are typically really tall for military to pick up a soldier or LEO'S head to remind and get their body upright so they can present to the target tall and square so if you get shot, you give your body arbor the best chance of catching the bullet.

If your head is low on the rifle, you make yourself smaller but your body armor is angled and your torso blades away from the target (exposing the side of your thorasic cavity) for a lethal hit

I'll agree its possible and that it's likely done by many acog wielding militaries (it has a cutout just for an RMR) but i believe if anything OWI should add an actual point fire mechanic to preserve the tradeoff between magnified and unmagnified optics. Again, my personal opinion
