To my knowledge & years reviewing admin cam footage,
No.

Their can be de-sync issue's with admin cam, which is fairly rare.
But either way, it's the admins choice on what they wish to act on.

Doppler effect also only covers sound,
You can clearly see the sound & gun visual effects in sync.

As i stated,
It's the admins choice.
Would i ban from that single video, no, as it's too short to make an accurate assessment.

I dont care about the admin choice, I dont care if I can play on this server in the future, I just want a fair.
