Anything involving deforming and digging into the ground is not possible with the way maps were made. Artillery isnt necessary due to the commander artillery assets and would be difficult to aim due to their extremely high arc compared to something like the hellcannon mortar. AA and AT guns are another backline emplacement, I also think they should stay as INS/IMF exclusive. 120mm mortars would be interesting additions. Ive been wondering why AGSs havent been added as an emplacement yet.

Protruding trenches could work, kinda like PR foxholes, it wasnt half bad.
btw the benefit of the mt-12 rapira would be that it can shoot atgms and m119 / l118 would be that it can be used as both direct fire support and indirect fire support

Ags would be op as fuck, if you have never actually shot one their extremely fucking accurate and crazy dangerous. They would immediately ruin any push into an obj and continue to repeatedly do it until either armor/mortars is available.
That being said, the shear threat they would pose would in turn theoretically force people to play more realistically/tactically which is i guess what the devs want.
We already have mobile AGLs with PARS III and AAVP which would be more OP by your definition because they are mobile and shooter is protected, while AGLs on FOBs would be exposed and stationary
They could also be 350 ammo per mag and would be vulnerable to mortar fire. So they would be too op. But for that they need to increase the damage imo. Its kinda weak
Limited arc of fire, around 30ish rounds per mag is already more than enough to make it not OP

Agls belts are 20 rounds per box irl.
And yes the AAVP agls is already extremely effective, most people just dont bother to run it because it lacks mobility and can’t do shit to opposing armor.
AGS-17 - 29 round belt
AGS-30 - 29 round belt
MK19 - 32 or 48 round belts, AAVP uses 96 round belts
GMG - 32 round belt

AGLs are not OP they are terrifying yes but not OP
And FOB deployable AGLs would be the least OP deployable there is, you are exposed and have a limited arc of fire
exactly, 50cal best cal. Also the assets and equipment have nothing to do with playing realistically, for all i care there could be an ah64 hovering above and nothing would change
