Hello RunPod Support Team,

I am reporting a recurring and serious billing issue. Approximately $35 in credits were deducted from my account since yesterday, even though my only two pods were PAUSED.

I am 100% certain they were paused. I am very careful with my credits; I have even deleted templates in the past that didn't allow pausing to avoid unnecessary costs. I have not used these instances or created any content during this period.

This is the third time I've had to top up my account due to what seems to be a system error, and I find this very disrespectful to the user. I need these credits restored immediately as I need to start a new instance for work today.

Keep in mind they will keep billing storage if storage is used

And volume storage for a paused pod costs more than for a running pod (USe network storage to avoid that), so double check your not having high storage costs

Thank you for the explanation regarding storage costs for paused pods. However, I still believe there is a significant error in my billing.

My two pods (or1cp7w7tkmrqp and ls8dvy8u2jyled) show a cost of $0.06/hr. Even if the storage cost increases when paused, a $35 deduction in such a short period (since yesterday) is mathematically impossible based on these rates.

For a $45 charge to occur in 24 hours just from storage, the hourly rate would need to be over $1.45/hr, which is far beyond the $0.06/hr indicated on my dashboard.

As this is the third time I've had to top up due to unexpected charges, I request a detailed breakdown of these $35. I am attaching my payment receipts and the screenshot of my paused pods as proof.

I need these credits restored to continue my work today.
