this is the most annoying issue because you cant know its there until you alredy did set up everything
How is it power capped? It shows 450W which is the max output for 4090.

un rupod it shows "GPU usage = 100%"
That doesn't mean its power capped.
If its power capped, it shows like 300W instead of 450W
how can i make it to use its full potential then

According to your screenshot, GPU utilization is 28% not 100%.
according to www.rupod.io/console/pods my GPU utilization is 100% not 28
That thing is a few seconds behind, its not real time
i know
it goes from 98% to 100% from time to time
