You might like to try my Comfy template - It has a fairly detailed Readme with instructions to help you automate this. Template links and docs are at https://github.com/ai-dock/comfyui
#Add to ComfyUI Template

Thank you, I will check it out soon. At work atm.
I read most of it, still think I’m too dumb for this lol 😂, I really appreciate the work you put in. Between ChatGPT and hours of learning when I get home I might have a special place where I can run ComfyUI.
I'm sure you can do it! If you do give it a try and run into any problems I'm usually around to help just ping me 👍
I will let you know. Will start around 7pm Denver time today. Thank you for helping out. I did get ComfyUI working on Jupyter notebook last week and was using an A100 to create animations with 2000 frames, some other big runs with 1920 ✕ 1080 resolutions and this was like Christmas for me. But I would love a template so I do not have to go through so many steps. Like having a storage file about 18gb that has everything ready to go.
Well, the way I set up my template, it runs a script on start-up to install nodes and models so you can get a one-click setup going. I've tweaked it so much that it's really just a few minutes job to set up and get going (the provisioning script stuff in the docs). I'm happy to help you get setup with it though if you get stuck.
Do you use the ComfyUI manager first to install the missing nodes or do you manually install what you need for your workflow? I will just be using 1 workflow with 1 checkpoint and 1 Lora, and supporting nodes.
I don't use manager often but I do have it installed as it can be useful. I just have my script install everything I need when I start the container. It usually only takes a few minutes and there are no manual steps.
ok was going to try now, if you are around, I can buy you like 5 cups of coffee lol
I have your github page up, im signed in, and I have RunPod up and signed in
I see the pre-configured cloud templates but not sure if that is where I should start
so when I deploy do I go to customize deployment
This is the docker interface, this is where i get confused
Did you @lethal crane figure it out?
Unfortunately no, I can share some images to streamline if you are ok helping.
