#Separated Support Channels for Serverless vs GPU Pod

Exactly, don't know why everything needs to be be in one place now. The emojis create 1 BILLION PERCENT more clutter than having dedicated channels @worthy edge
Hey Justin, does having the tags for support not do the same purpose?
No it does not. It creates more clutter, now we have to click on each of those topics to follow them where previously we could follow all conversations in one place without having to click on them one by one. I answer most of RunPod support queries but therre is not a fuck I will be answering anything now with this shit layout.
Totally agree
@polar.blue could you please get at least those back? :)
thanks for the feedback, we plan to make changes upcoming week and adjust what feels more natural
@dark kayak thank you very much
So nothing is set in stone as of now, no channels have been deleted, everything has just been moved under the archive category (even though some permissions are still messed up because of the way Discord works), I think we do want to try out this new layout for about a week, and if users are still having issues then we can revert some changes.
Yea i agree that the tags are not too helpful. I do think if its like a generic support channel it can be but I prefer for more specific channels for GPU / Serverless since those are quite big topics in themselves and a lot of the similar issues will naturally group tgt. I definitely think Forum is the way to go for support channels but I dont rlly feel the tags spanning across the two big services of runpod is helpful maybe due to lack of nuance / focus
