It could be a bad installation or a bad game dump
You can try loading the game without the mod to see if it works (make sure to delete all save files before launching lumi again)
If it works, reinstall Lumi.
If it doesn't, you can try resetting your emulator settings to default, and deleting the shader cache, but you may need to redump the game (and remember to also dump the 1.3.0 update)
Also make sure to not be using other mods incompatible with Lumi
